I bought a used mazda from this dealer. The car had been in an accident which they should have noticed (a mazda dealer later identified it). I was told I would be contacted by service and by Vlad (the manager) multiple times but have never been contacted by either. Vlad noted three weeks ago he would look into this but no word from him. Be careful. They do not follow through.

They answered all my questions with patience, explained every step of the process in detail, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before signing. I never felt pressured or rushed. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!
I've always been skiddish about dealership. Jerry made me feel very comfortable with his customer service skills and product knowledge. I'm still in the shopping phase but the interaction was top tier. Facilities were clean. Staff was honest. I will be coming back to finalize my purchase.
Chris and Paul charged triple for the car on the finance charge ,and the car had at a lot of things wrong with it stay far away from this dealer . I purchased my Alfa Romeo from Charles at performance Alfa Romeo .
I bought a used car. It’s typical used car dealership where everyone is nice before the sale and not so helpful and friendly after the sale completed. I received the plates after 6 weeks. Couldn’t drive for two weeks because of expired temporary plates. Good inventory. Price is little bit of higher side compared to carfax and car guru’s price.
They made buying a car a seamless and low stress experience. From sales to management to finace dept, everyone was professional and worked to make sure we were happy with the transaction. We are very pleased with the vehicle.
Alec the sales rep was a good lad. Manager did the right thing when there was a little confusion and finance guy Kevin was a god sent. Thank you guys, you really went above and beyond. We went there to pick a preowned car with price advertised. The manager there told us that we have to pay extra $3000 for all used car for cleaning and care. What a waste of time - Buyers Beware
Waited 2 weeks for a service appt while my AC is not working. The night before my appt I am told a customer is late in returning a loaner so its not available. The next day I am told there are no loaners for another month and they "are reserved for customers who purchased from them". Great customer service.

His communication was outstanding.He wasn’t pushy or just trynna make a sale.He took his time and listened to my needs and wants.I truly appreciated his honesty, and patiences. I am reading all these glowing reviews and can’t believe they are for the same dealership. I found a pre owned 2019 Acura MDX on cars.com on Sunday 09/11/2022 listed on the site for $30194. I verified the price on the dealers own website the same day, I should have screen shot the listing but I will get to that later. I emailed the dealer about it on Monday 09/12/2022 around 0815. My experience at Alpha Romeo in Englewood was awesome. Talked to them on Tuesday and picked up car on Thursday, with no hassles. Santiago, my sales guy was the best and Tyler the finance manager got the deal done. Would highly recommend them
If you want the "BEST" car dealership and experience in the Tri-State area go to Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Englewood Cliffs!! They went the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted and on Friday, June 24, 2022 - I was placed in the perfect car (The 2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia) exactly what I requested! The sales associate Santiago and Finance associate Rob provided excellent communication and overall great service they were both very professional, the overall customer service at the dealership was/is amazing. I highly recommend them!!! Go and get you one or two!!
